What We Do
Founded in 1995 by certified diabetes educator Gary Scheiner MS, CDE, Integrated Diabetes Services LLC is dedicated to helping you navigate the complexities of living with and managing insulin-dependent diabetes. 
We fill the void that exists in the current healthcare system with client-friendly accessibility, cutting-edge technologies, and skilled experts with a true passion for their work.
We provide blood sugar regulation and advanced self-management training services for children and adults in a one-on-one format. For those who do not live near our Philadelphia-based office, all of our diabetes coaching services are available remotely via phone and the internet (including e-mail, private chat, and video conferencing). As an educator-based, private-pay practice, we strive to supplement the services provided by your physician and work in a cooperative effort with your healthcare team. Referrals from physicians are preferred but not required. Services are available on a fee-for-service basis, with retainer packages for those requiring more intensive intervention and follow-up. Convenient office hours and payment options are available.
Because our clinicians have both personal and professional experience with diabetes, we really do "get it." We understand what it's like to have unexplained highs and lows, and the physical & emotional toll they can take. But we're also problem-solvers, and take great pride in having unsurpassed expertise in the most advanced forms of diabetes management. Among our specialties is insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring. Our team of pump and CGM-wearing professionals is here to help you every step of the way - from basic education and device selection to technical training, fine-tuning, and advanced education.
In addition to helping you to achieve better control of your blood sugar levels, we offer an extensive range of diabetes self-management training/education services, customized to your unique needs and interests. We carry a wide array of innovative diabetes products in our in-office store and via mail-order. To better meet the needs of our clients, a variety of free support groups and special programs are held on a regular basis. Our printed newsletter Control Solutions and e-newsletter Diabetes Bites are published and circulated free of charge.
Integrated Diabetes Services is conveniently located on Rt. 30 (Lancaster Ave.) in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania (just outside of Philadelphia), in the Wynnewood West shopping center, within short walking distance of major train and bus stops.
