You may schedule your appointment with Integrated Diabetes Services at our main office phone number (610) 642-6055. Our open office hours, when we can be reached, are as follows:

• Monday 9:00am 8:30pm
• Tuesday 8:15am 5:00pm
• Wednesday 9:00am 6:30pm
• Thursday 8:15am 5:00pm
• Friday 9:00am 5:00pm
• 1st & 3rd Saturdays every month: 9:00am 2:00pm

Consultations are available at your home, workplace or physician's office when special circumstances arise. Telephone, e-mail and live chat consultations are available.

• New Patient Appointments last approximately 90 minutes.
• Follow-Up and CGMS Appointments last approximately 45 minutes

Referrals

Referrals from physicians are preferred but not required. Primary care or diabetes care physicians will usually receive written correspondence unless you request otherwise.

Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Personal checks, Visa and MasterCard are welcome. All patients receive a billing statement for submission to their insurance company. Many, but not all, insurance plans will reimburse for diabetes management services. Integrated Diabetes Services will make every effort to accommodate those who cannot afford to pay the full fee for services.

No-Show Fee Policy:

In order to maintain reasonable fees for everyone, no-shows are charged at our usual office visit rate. You will only be charged for a no-show if you fail to notify us ahead of time that you cannot make your appointment. Since emergencies can sometimes occur at the last minute, 24-hour notice (while appreciated) is not required. Thank you for your understanding.
